It's from an anime called Asatte no Hōkō. It is currently airing at Animax right now. The girl on the left is Shōko Nogami and on the right is Karada Iokawa. I won't tell you what the anime is about; I'm just too lazy at the moment. Click on the link to read and know about it yourself. I think Asatte no Hōkō is a good and simple anime to watch. Too bad there is only 12 episodes. Could have been more.
